Obama Regime Retaliates: Anti-Obama Filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza indicted by FEDS

President Obama with his approval rating in the toilet nonetheless wants his pound of flesh against the guy who told the truth about him.
Variety reports Dinesh D’Souza, director of the 2012 documentary “2016: Obama’s America,” was arrested and indicted for campaign finance fraud on Thursday, Reuters reports.

The conservative filmmaker and best-selling author allegedly contributed $20,000 in 2012 in the name of others to Republican Wendy Long’s U.S. Senate campaign. Long ran for Hillary Clinton’s vacated Senate seat, but lost to Kirsten Gillibrand.

Federal law in 2012 limited election campaign contributions to $5,000 per person per candidate. Breaking this law is punishable to two years in prison.
“As we have long said, this Office and the FBI take a zero tolerance approach to corruption of the electoral process,” Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney for Manhattan, said in a statement.

The Danger Zone (Musical Tribute)

The following chart shows the year over year change in household net worth divided by annualized wages and salaries.

The danger zone represents periods where the change in net worth over a given year actually exceeds all wages and salaries for the year. Here is a comprehensive list of the periods when that has happened.

1. The late 1990s (dotcom prices only go up bubble).
2. The mid 2000s (housing prices only go up bubble).
3. The early 2010s (nothing bad ever happens in ZIRP bubble).

Texas Gov. Rick Perry against Marijuana Legalization, but states have right to decide

I expect nothing less of Gov. Rick Perry to take that kind of stand that favors states rights on a given issue.

USA Today reports the Republican governor of Texas supporting less jail time for pot users?

Gov. Rick Perry, a staunch conservative, riled the Lone Star state Thursday when he told an audience at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, that he supports the decriminalization – though not the legalization – of marijuana use.

"As the governor of the second-largest state in the country, what I can do is start us on policies that can start us on the road towards decriminalization" by introducing alternative "drug courts" that offer treatment and softer penalties for minor offenses, Perry said during an international panel on drug legalization at the summit. Perry was speaking alongside former United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan and Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos.

Perry emphasized that he is not for the legalization of marijuana but defended states' rights to make those choices. He said it's perfectly constitutional for states like Colorado to experiment with decriminalization and that Washington should stay out of those decisions.

   Another day... another coat.
This is my version of camel coat in a textured version. Speaking of visual effects, I also added a print to this look( especially because I love love love this colorful /floral bag). I had to burst some fresh colors  and pairing this pair of bright heels with the"blooms"printed bag was what I came up with.
Spring I'm waiting for you...

Frisco ISD Teacher Marc Alan Carden at Wakeland High School Accused of sex with female student below legal age

Another sad tale of a teacher crossing the line of trust.
NBC 5 reports Frisco police announced Thursday they have arrested a teacher and coach from Wakeland High School on a charge of sexual assault of a child.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit released to NBC 5, teacher Marc Alan Carden was arrested on a charge of sexual assault of a child after the father of a 14-year-old girl told police he believed there was an inappropriate relationship between his daughter and the teacher.

The girl, whose identity will not be revealed due to hear age, is a student in the Frisco Independent School District but was not a student at Wakeland High School, where Carden was employed.

The affidavit said Carden and the victim had exchanged many text messages and phone calls and planned to meet on Jan. 11, 2014, at a hotel room.  Within the texts, investigators found messages in which the victim and Carden allegedly discussed having sexual intercourse.

Additional graphic details about the alleged relationship were included in the affidavit, which can be read here.

Carden, who is free on $5,000 bond, has been placed on leave by the school district pending the completion of the investigation.

Twerking Mississippi teachers video goes viral and causes firestorm

I got mixed feelings about this.  If this was done in a class room setting it’s a horrible idea.  But, if this was done in the context of a assembly show, I would cut the teachers much more slack.
Clarion Ledger reports mobile phone video showing a Mississippi teacher twerking for his class has gone viral on social media.

The video shows a male teacher gyrating in front of another teacher. Students can be seen in the video gasping and turning away.

School officials say the video is not what it seems.

"The two teachers had good intentions to show how silly students look when they dance in inappropriate ways. This video was taken out of context," Allyson Killough, Olive Branch High principal, told News Channel 3.

"Our responsibility as teachers is to be a good example and act professionally. A video clip out of context can have multiple meanings and be misinterpreted," she said.

While it is debatable as to whether or not the teacher's movements actually are in fact twerking, some parents think teachers gyrating in front of students—no matter the context—is inappropriate.
