 Back home from a wonderful 3 days trip in New York! Soon photos:)
Today I want to show you what I received from one of my blog's wonderful readers! Her name is Sasha Van Goga and her blog (Fashion illustrations by Sasha van Goga) is full with wonderful fashion illustrations. I love all these illustrations with my "Impressionism Inspired" outfit (see it here) and most of all, the fact she took time to do all these as a gift for me. I appreciate that Sasha! And thank you very much!
I guess when you are asked what are the most rewarding moments as a blogger... THIS is one of them!

If the first two art inspired outfits in the Lulu's.com Project were monochromatic, now is time to "speak"COLORS! The next inspiration ? Impressionism art. (See Baroque HERE and Art Deco HERE)
Probably this current doesn't need any description! It is enough to look at Monet's paintings and you are sold on it. Vibrant colors, as well as landscape patterns are what define the most Impressionism art in fashion.
This floral shiny suit is like a wearable art in oil technique. I was incredible happy with this colorful look and I hope you like it too.

   Hello everyone !
Today, I will start this post by saying that GREY MATTERS, especially when it is paired with black and red-the iconic combination-. One of my recently purchased pair of shoes, these snake printed pumps, are displayed in my today's look, as well as this NEW coat (courtesy to Sheinside.com). What I love about this coat is that it has that menswear influence and clean lines. Clean lines can be seen in this whole look, even on the bag, and it gives to this outfit the touch of toughness that I love to approach from time to time.

"Art Deco inspired" is my second look in the Lulu's. com project. Mostly, this artistic current is represented by sleek silhouette, clean angular lines, graphic details and a touch of glam with the metallics fabrics. This last one characteristic, metallics materials is what I chose to use to define this artistic current. A minimalist look is the result that I obtained by wearing this slightly ornamented bermuda and silver sweater. Some geometric elements can be seen in the cuff bracelet, clutch and on the back of my shoes.
This was my way to wear "Art Deco" in my outfit.

Today's outfit  is the last post from Poshlocket project. I wanted to end this wonderful collaboration with a modern-chic look. I chose, as my last jewelry piece, this wide, skull-print bracelet in white-gold combination as being the perfect modern accessory and shiny finish to this outfit. I will define this look as a blush parade, with a burst of red and shiny elements. I mixed this pair of pants-that seems to be the key piece of this look, because of the print and gold touches -with an ivory basic top. The more eclectic the pants, the cleaner and simpler the top should be- this is one of the rules that I follow when I want to obtain a minimalist effect. The pale rose coat keeps the same tone with the entire outfit, including the white bag; all that pops up are the red heels, that are like cherry on the top of the cake :)
