Day 2 of NYFW and another round of shows were presented on the runway on Friday Feb.7. My favorite collection was definitely from Trina Turk because lets face it who can resist to a retro chic fest?
That day I was wearing "my bittersweet colours", a simple ensemble, sporting these two brights coats, shiny top and pants and as always one bold print was on the menu :)

... and I'm back with another version of -Lady in Red- (but not a classic version). Why? Because I like to experiment:) and I love to incorporate surprise colors and shiny elements. My theory: Get inspired but make it yours!

Feminine meets Edgy!
These days I tried something different with my current trend obsession "full skirts". A full skirt speaks femininity but not girlish especially when in the mix shows up a leather jacket. I think it is a great balance between these two pieces - one delicate and flowy in contrast with a edgy bold piece.
The whole look has a graphic mood and is finished with the well-known signature striking color accents.
This is just another way to wear full skirts!

This past Sunday Bogdan and I spent a lovely day in New York with 2 adorable people, Alexandra and her husband Gerrit (newlyweds)! New York seems to be THE PLACE where the "web friendships" becomes reality.
Alexandra ( fashion-bridge.blogspot.com/) and I finally met in person after almost 2 years of friendship and constant support. 
I just love moments like these:)
I also love to wear unexpected colors, as this pastel look in October when everybody seems to be into the Fall hues. Just for one day I put my Bitter colors on hold :) and I wore something Sweet...
