The Hillreports conservatives in Iowa and New Hampshire are preparing a hero’s welcome for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) after he showed up Senate Republican leaders during a crucial vote on the debt limit. 

Cruz infuriated his Senate Republican colleagues this week when he filibustered a clean bill to raise the debt limit. His objection forced Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.) and 11 other Republicans to vote with Democrats to advance the legislation.

But in Iowa and New Hampshire, two important presidential primary states, conservative activists are cheering Cruz’s stand and buzzing about a possible presidential run in 2016.

Activists in the two states said they plan to show Cruz their appreciation when he visits in March and April.

“A tickertape parade,” said Steve Deace, a conservative radio host based in Iowa when asked what kind of reception Cruz will receive from activists next month.

“At this point with grassroots conservatives around the country it’s a close vote between who they distrust the most, the president, [Speaker] John Boehner [R-Ohio] or Mitch McConnell,” he said.

Ann Ray Trimble, a conservative activist in Iowa, said she and her allies are thrilled that Cruz took on his colleagues.

“It plays very well because the rank-and-file conservative in Iowa is a law-and-order person who believes, as Sen. Cruz stated in his objection, that the rules are the rules, the laws are the laws, and we need to follow them and not break them for political expediency.”

After the first two days in NY with all the energy and craziness of the Fashion Week shows, I can say that last Saturday was a day that Bogdan and I enjoyed the most, spent with friends, a little bit of shopping and of course a few great shows.
I was happily reunited with Polyvore's team  for an intimate dinner and the day couldn't  end in a better company. I just love and appreciate how events like Fashion Week " affected" positively my life, making new friends, giving me the chance to see them and also doing what I love.
I really feel blessed and once in a while I need to say it out loud.

Daily Mailreports Miley Cyrus delivered a spectacle with furry creatures, a dwarf, a gigantic hot dog and a back-up dancer dressed up as former US President Bill Clinton.

The 21-year-old was having a good time as she showed off her X-rated moves during the first show  to kick off her Bangerz Tour on Friday.

Miley's most shocking move was when she performed a racy song-and-dance with the Clinton impersonator during her Party In The USA finale number.

We the people need to tell these ass wipes who they really work for.  They keep telling us what to do in SEVERE WEATHER, with our GUNS, TERRORIST THREATS, and all manner of other bullshit that I'm really starting to get sick of.

NY DailyNews reports a 16-year-old Oregon boy was reportedly bashed with a crowbar, shot with a BB gun and endured having a swastika carved into his forehead by fellow teens after being lured into a shed.

The Portland boy said he was tortured by four classmates for several hours before allowed to leave in exchange for drugs and a skateboard, KATU reported.

Three of the four teens, aged 15 and 17, are being prosecuted as adults for the sick crimes that were reported on February 10. A 14-year-old is also charged as a juvenile in the savage attack.

The victim told police he was lured to the shed by 15-year-old Jenna Jean Montgomery, who reportdly confessed to authorities of acting as bait.

Once inside the shed, the victim was allegedly struck in the back of his head with a crowbar and ordered to take off his shirt and hand over his iPod.

Blue Christian Kalmbach, 15, then allegedly shot the boy in the chest, groin and finger with a BB gun.

The boy would require surgery to remove one of the BB gun's pellets, KATU reported.Kalmbach then pulled out a box cutter to carve a "swastika-shaped insignia" into the boy's forehead. He also forced the boy to eat cat feces, according to the affidavit obtained by OregonLive.com.
