Once in a while I like to " lose myself" in big, baggy clothes, not to mention that in my 20s I used to wear these kinds of outfits so often, they were almost like a uniform. I don't do that anymore but sometimes it feels good to pretend that I am the "cool" kid in town.

The internet is a wonderful place. A world of almost unlimited information and knowledge is available at a mere click of the mouse. If one has a computer, a smart phone, a notebook, or other such equipment access to a a wealth of information and facts are available in seconds. A person only need to take the time to do a bit of searching.

Unfortunately the internet has a dark side as well. Individuals with a bit of knowledge and limited computer expertise can set up a site, or multiple sites and generate a lot of misinformation, total fabrications, outright lies, engage in defamation of someones character, and do it anonymously. In fact in the world of blogging it is fast becoming commonplace for unethical bloggers to set up a site, steal the avatar of another blogger, slightly change the original bloggers site names, and then go after the blogger whose positions they don't agree with. The unethical blogger's (imposter) MO is to amply present false information or representations of the authentic blogger they are impersonating or attempting to defame.

This has happened to me, as well as other bloggers I have association with. The fakes as I call them are basically the scum of the blogoshere. They operate anonymously and without scruples, lacking the character to represent who they really are.

Some bloggers go to a great deal of effort to identify the fake bloggers and expose them for what they are. While I do not have the time, nor the inclination to go to that extent the following are just a few examples of thise type of blogger;

"Frieda Van Wiener" (exposed by Progressive Eruptions As pointed out by this blog owner Frieda has also went by the names of; "Just Joanna," "Right Klik," and "Hildegard Hammerasshat"

Rational Nation USSR This was a new imposter that commented on FreeThinke, another libertarian/conservative blog on a post that was up early this morning. Rational Nation USA was the first commenter, followed by the imposter Rational Nation USSR with a off topic disparaging comment, followed by a short comment by FreeThinke, followed by another comment by RN USA. Interesting enough the post was taken down shortly thereafter. Odd methinks. At the link to Rational Nation USSR disappeared with the post.

While it is likely this phenomenon of imposters and fake bloggers exists on both the conservative and liberal side of the political equation it appears that it is much more prevalent with conservative and libertarian bloggers. Here's why in my estimation.

This site is a fiscal conservative social libertarian website. It has a Conservative Manifesto page which fairly identifies the sites core principles. However, it does not have as one of it's tenets that all liberal thought is incorrect and should be discarded out of hand. Nor does it say that liberals by definition are either fascists or communists and therefore enemies of our representative form of government. Unfortunately however many seem to believe that is so. It was not until this site began to engage in dialogue and give and take with liberal and moderate sites that Rational Nation USA started experiencing constant attacks and ultimately imposters setting up sites with my picture in order to misrepresent this blog and it's positions. While there were a couple liberal bloggers who attacked this site the majority were conservative and the only one to steal my picture was a conservative. At least to my knowledge anyway.

So, the point being made here is fakes operate in the shadows and no legitimate blogger who has been around awhile is immune from the depravity of the imposter blogger. Particularly those with strong opinions and ESPECIALLY those who refuse to conform to the GROUPTHINK of party politics.

For all you ethical bloggers out there, regardless of political, governmental, social, environmental, or religious views keep on blogging and don't let the asshats get to you.

Huntington Park March In Support For El Chapo Needed Permit Police Say

The Huntington Park Police confirmed no permit had been approved to have a march in support for the Sinaloa Cartel druglord El Chapo.

Huntington Park, CA - On Saturday, the Huntington Park Police Department posted an advisory that they had learned by social media of an alleged attempt to organize a march in the city by spreading word through Facebook in support for the Sinaloa Cartel druglord Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera, 56, aka, El Chapo. The police advisory said, that a march would happen in the afternoon on Saturday, but that "there are no permits for marches or demonstrations issued in Huntington Park."
Police also said, that the department "supports people's first amendment rights, individuals are expected to follow all laws. Huntington Park Police Department enforce all laws and will take enforcement action as necessary." In other words, no permits, no marches or demonstrations, according to police.
The march was supposed to have began around 6:00 p.m. and the police advisory was posted at 4:35 p.m., but word that spread through Facebook about the march in support for El Chapo failed to gain enough support in Huntington Park, according to police. On Sunday, Huntington Park Police posted on their Facebook (FB) account that no pro-or-anti-march for El Chapo ever materialized in the city. The police FB post stated, "No incidences of people gathering to march occurred in response to social media posts."
Ivan Guzmán in his personal Twitter account posted a noticed of the Huntington Park march and posted that his father El Chapo knew of the Sinaloa marches, including the one in Huntington Park being planned. El Chapo sent his gratitude and thanks for the support, according to Ivan. Ivan says, that he is the son of El Chapo, but it hasn't been confirmed.
Last Wednesday in Sinaloa, Mexico, thousands of supporters and those that were paid around $500 pesos ($39 U.S.) marched and rallied in support for El Chapo. Bands played music, tamales, drinks and beer was provided to those participating. Sinaloa state authorities say, that they are investigating who organized the marches.
Also on Wednesday, Mexican federal authorities charged Guzmán Loera with two counts of possessing weapons exclusively used by the military and for organized crime. Each count was filed in several states. Multiple other counts are pending according to the federal Attorney General's Office (PGRF). 
El Chapo was arrested on February 22 in Mazatlán,  Sinaloa after 13 years on the run. The U.S. is seeking extradition for Guzmán Loera for drug trafficking,  conspiracy,  money laundering and murder charges.

More than $17.6K has been raised in donations for Delgado who has a daughter with a heart problem. Bail for kidnapper was raised to $450K.

Westchester, CA - By Sunday, a fund created by Jennifer Veronica Vega Wiacek for Jesus Delgado, a T2 taco stand cook who on Wednesday is credited for saving Grady O'Brien,  4, from a kidnapper. Delgado also has a 4-year-old daughter with a heart condition and since saving O'Brien donations have been pouring in to help him with his daughter's medical bills. Vega Wiacek began with a goal to raise $5,000, but has so far raised more than $17,616 and the goal now has been set to $20,000.
Delgado on Wednesday from a taco stand kitchen jumped into action after he heard screams from a babysitter for help after Andron Gazarov, 33, of North Hollywood, punched her and took Grady while his other brother, Brendan O'Brien, 6, watched. Delgado ran across Manchester Blvd. after the babysitter who followed Gazarov and pointed to where he had taken O'Brien. Delgado ran for two blocks and caught up with Gazarov. He told Delgado, "it's not your problem, man. It's not your problem. Leave me alone with the kid." Delgado responded to Gazarov, "This is my problem. This is my problem, because why you take this kid?"
Delgado O'Brien from Gazarov and held him until police arrived and was arrested. 
Other school kids also helped Delgado including the 5-year-old's brother.
Witnesses say, Gazarov had been talking out loud earlier that he was from the CIA and had also exposed himself in public.
Gazarov was charged on Friday with one count each for kidnapping, attempted kidnapping, assault to cause great bodily harm and indecent exposure. If convicted, Gazarov is facing up to 12 years in prison.
Gazarov is being held on $450,000 bond. He is scheduled for an arraignment court hearing on March 3rd.

34 Fatally Stabbed And 130 Wounded By Knife Wielding Attackers At Kunming Train Station

At least 34 Chinese nationals were fatally stabbed and 130 people reported injured at Kunming Train Station in China.

Kunming, Yunnan Province, China -  At least 34 people were fatally stabbed and 130 other people were injured inside the Kunming Train Station in China by a group of armed men with knives, the Weibo dot com reported. Earlier reports had the dead toll at 28, but more could die from critical injuries, according to Chinese authorities. 
Five suspects have been reported killed by Chinese police, two suspects taken into custody, four policemen were injured and are pursuing other suspects involved in the massacre.
Chinese officials say, between 7 to 10 men wearing all black clothing and masks attacked the rail train station around 9:20 p.m. The suspects attacked people in line buying tickets and waiting in metal stalls. Once the attack began, people panic and ran while the attackers followed and cold bloodedly stabbed victims.
The attack began at Kunming local time (11:20 p.m. EST) in Yunnan Province. They're calling it premeditated terrorist attack on unarmed civilians. 
The Yunnan Vice governor has confirmed the massacre. President Xi Jinping has mobilized the police to track down those responsible for swift punishment.

Major Fire Draws Multiple Fire Rescue And Police Departments To Greenfield

Various fire and police departments respond to a fire at a complex building in Greenfield.

Greenfield, WI - On Saturday, multiple fire and police departments responded to a major fire at a 16 unit complex apartment building just after 1:00 p.m. in Greenfield. The fire began in the basement and spread throughout the complex, no one was reported injured.
Fire rescue paramedics from multiple departments from Southeastern Wisconsin, fire trucks from Oakcreek, Franklin, Greendale and Milwaukee, including police from various other departments and WE Energy emergency trucks responded near the intersection of S. 72 St. and W. Layton Ave. 
Police have blocked Southbound of S. 72 St. from W. Layton Ave.

Kudos once again to the First Lady for her efforts in keeping healthy eating in the spotlight and championing new and improved nutritional labeling om prepared foods products.

As a NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) I understand and can relate to exactly what the First Lady is saying.

There will likely be those who will make fun of Michelle Obama's video, and expresses the argument that the eating choices of children are best left to the discretion of their parents. They are technically right. But there is nothing like easily assessable and easily understandable accurate information when making those choices that effect the health and well being of your children.

Ugandan Government Fuels Hate, Prosecution And Even Murder With Anti-gay Law

Unidentified Ugandan men believed to be homosexual were brutally beaten to death and one was burned alive in December as children, men and women including police just watched.

Uganda - On Monday, President of Uganda, Yoweri Miseveni signed an Anti-gay bill into law that provides stiff sentences for those who don't report gay and lesbian people, also sentences gay and lesbians to a 14-year prison term for first offenders and life in prison for repeat offenders found guilty of "agravated homosexuality," if convicted for same sex preferences. Miseveni signed the bill after doctors convinced him that "homosexuality was not genetic, but a social behavior."
The bill prohibits the "promotion" or "recognition" of same sex relationships, even by any government entity or non-governmental organizations inside or outside Uganda. The new bill promotes hate for gay and lesbian Ugandans,  who now will be prosecuted or targeted by anti-gay mobs that can result in torture, mutilation, murder and people being burned alive.
All across Africa, reports have surfaced that gays and lesbians have been attacked by police, beaten and even brutally killed. Even some newspapers in Africa have exposed gay equal rights activists to the government and public for prosecution or death by mobs.
The day after the bill was signed, the Red Pepper newspaper in Uganda published in its front page photos and the names of at least 200 people who are allegedly gay or lesbians. 
In November 2010, the Rolling Stone newpaper in Uganda exposed 100 gay and lesbian people and included photos. The month after, the newspaper exposed another ten people believed to be gay.

14-year-old Kidnapped Starr County Victim Was Held In Mexico For Two Days

The FBI and the Starr County Sheriff's Office have confirmed that 14-year-old Brandon Medina has been released by his captors after being held in Mexico for two days. Medina who turned 15 on Friday is back with his family in La Casita, Texas.

La Casita, Texas - On Friday, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Starr County Sheriff's Office have confirmed that Brandon Medina, 15, has been released by his kidnappers and has returned to his family in the community of La Casita. Medina told authorities that he had been held in Mexico for two days. Relatives went into Mexico and recovered Medina.
The FBI and the Starr County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate his kidnapping and are requesting assistance from Mexican authorities. Medina is cooperating with authorities.
On Thursday, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had launched an investigation into Wednesday's armed kidnapping of Medina from La Casita. Medina was kidnapped by two gunmen before 5:00 p.m. from his home, according to the Starr County Sheriff's Office report. The two suspects entered Medina's home and then forced him into an old model Dodge green truck and fled from the scene in less than a minute.
The gunmen illegally took Medina into Mexico, according to the FBI. No motive has been given for the alleged kidnapping. 
Authorities later found the truck near the Rio Grande River bank. The truck was traced back to the owner who reported the truck stolen from Houston.

Foot Fetish Lands A Former 19-year-old Northridge Skateland Roller Rink Employee In Jail

Northridge, CA - Los Angeles police are asking would-be victims of a foot fetish to come forward as an investigation is ongoing in connection with former Northridge Skateland Roller Rink employee Julian Christopher Flores, 19, of Granada Hills, who lured several hundred boys to a maintenance room in order to have them place their smelly bare feet on his face and have their feet rub on his hand to get sexually arouse,  according to a criminal complaint. A young boy alerted his grandmother about what Flores did to him at a maintenance room, She notified police about the incident. When police executed a warrant and arrested Flores in December 22, 2013, they found cellphone and laptop video footage showing Flores instructing unidentified young boys to remove their sucks and then place their bare feet on his face and others to have their feet rub his hands. Even one boy asked in a video clip entered as evidence, "Why would you let a 9-year-old who you hardly know, place their feet on your face?"
Flores had been working at the Skateland Roller Rink, since he was 16, according to the complaint.
Flores has been charged with one count of false imprisonment and one count of attempted lewd acts on a minor under the age of 14, or acts of lewd and lascivious conduct, a crime committed by touching a child somewhere on his/her body for sexual purposes. If convicted, Flores is facing 8 years in prison. He posted a $150,000 bail and was released.
Flores is scheduled for a court hearing on March 27.

Taco Stand Cook Saves 5-year-old From Would-be Kidnapper In Westchester

A T2 taco stand cook jumped into action after hearing screams for help shortly after a 5-year-old boy was grabbed by a crazed man.

Westchester, CA - On Thursday, NBC4 Los Angeles reported that Jesus Delgado, a T2 taco stand cook received a check from the father of a 5-year-old Grady O'Brien, who he saved from a would-be kidnapper and another $800 from a neighborhood group. Delgado has a 4-year-old sick daughter with heard problems.
Delgado on Wednesday from taco stand kitchen jumped into action after he heard screams for help after a 33-year-old man hit a nanny and took a Grady while his other brother, Brendan O'Brien, 6, watched. Delgado ran across Manchester Blvd. after the nanny pointed to where the assailant had taken the boy. Delgado ran for two blocks and caught up with the assailant. The assailant told Delgado, "it's not your problem, man. It's not your problem. Leave me alone with the kid." Delgado responded, "This is my problem. This is my problem, because why you take this kid?"
Delgado held the assailant until police arrived and was arrested. 
Other school kids also helped Delgado including the 5-year-old's brother.
Witnesses say, the suspect had been talking out loud earlier that he was from the CIA and had also exposed himself in public.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Pacific Division reported that officers arrested Andron Gazarov, 33, a residence from North Hollywood, for kidnapping a 5-year-old boy.
On Wednesday, February 26, 2014, around 3:50 p.m., Grady O'Brien and a woman were walking in the area of Loyola Boulevard and Manchester Avenue, when he was suddenly snatched by Gazarov, who took off running with him. A Good Samaritan (Delgado) saw the women running and screaming after Gazarov, at which time he stopped Gazarov and took Grady away from him. LAPD, Pacific Division patrol officers responded and took Gazarov into custody. Gazarov was booked on suspicion of kidnapping (a felony) and is being held on $65,000 bond. He was scheduled for a court hearing today.
Grady and the women were not physically injured during the incident.

61 Immigrants Recued By Mexican Military And 71 Detained In Texas By ICE

The Mexican military reported that 61 undocumented Immigrants from South and Central America, including three Mexican nationals were rescued from a safe house in Reynosa. In Texas, ICE detained 71 undocumented immigrants being held in several safe houses and a suspect (Coyote).

Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico - On Wednesday, the Mexican military reported that they rescued 61 immigrants from Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, including three Mexican nationals and the rest were undocumented. The immigrants had been held for over 15 days by Coyotes (undocumented human traffickers) at a safe house in the neighborhood of Sierra de la Soledad in the municipality of Reynosa.
The traffickers were asking between $3,500 to $6,000 dollars to smuggle them into the U.S. The military says, 33 were from Guatemala,  20 from El Salvador, four from Honduras, one from Nicaragua and three Mexican nationals.
Last year, 1,695 kidnappings were reported, which is an increase by 20% from 2012, according to the National Security Public System. The undocumented immigrants were turned over to the National Institute of Migration for deportation processing. 
In Texas, U.S. federal authorities and a Constable deputy from Hidalgo County rescued 71 undocumented immigrants on Tuesday from several safe houses in Edinburg. Agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the deputy went to several safe houses after Sergio García Villa was taken into custody. Villa told authorities that two houses located in Edinburg were being used to keep undocumented immigrants. In one location where federal authorities raided, they found 48 undocumented immigrants and at the second location they found 23 more immigrants.
The immigrants were taken into custody for deportation processing.

Mexico City - This week, Sara Mónica Medina Alegría from the Mexican federal Attorney General's Office (PGRF) confirmed that a DNA test came out positive that Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera, 56, is the suspect in custody. Guzmán Loera provided a sample DNA swap from his mouth shortly after taken into custody on February 22, in Mazatlán, Sinaloa.
Medina Alegría is an assistant expert with the newly formed Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC - Agencia de Investigación Criminal) with the PGRF.
The AIC was created last September and specialize in forensic, scientific services and intelligence gathering from federal related crimes. AIC is in charge of Federal Police and Ministry Police crime scene evidence and data investigations, and intelligence gathering analysis from other federal law enforcement agencies dealing with organized crime in Mexico.

Playa Vista, CA - On February 17, the 72andSunny communications company (Ad Agency) posted an Ad paid by both Benetton's UNHATE Foundation and the United Nations Department of Public Information to bring attention that no one is illegal in the U.S. and especially in Arizona. The latest Ad by 72andSunny was send to the main e-mail account of the Latino Rebels, which the subject matter was label "Benetton & UN Create Illegal Immigrant Candidate for Governor of Arizona" to focus on illegals suffrage in the country.
The e-mail read;

Hi there Rebels,

Meet Juanito. He's a model citizen, he works hard to support his family, he believes in equal rights for everybody and he wants to run for governor. There's only one little thing—he's an illegal immigrant.

The e-mail provided links of its Juanito2014 dot com website, but currently it remains shutdown. It's Juanito2014 Facebook is operational and has at least 11 likes, it's Twitter account has 6,456 followers and is following 66 after four tweets. Three of the tweets included links, but the links show error in trying to connect, since they were posted indicating the Juanito2014 campaign is a flop after stereotyping Hispanics as illegals. The Juanito2014 campaign was created in poor taste and apparently Juanito2014 (fictitious candidate) might have been detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after Governor Janet Brewer (R) called it foul and notified the state elections board about Juanito2014 undocumented status, some might joke about it. With Juanito2014 now out of the race, it assures Governor Brewer her re-election?  Lmfao
The 72andSunny partners are John Boiler, Glenn Cole, Robert Nakata and Matt Jarvis who share an office in Playa Vista, California. By the way, in 2013, 72andSunny was named Ad Agency of the Year by Ad Week.
Currently, the Arizona state legislature is working on legislation that would condemn Coyotes (undocumented human traffickers) to death. Seriously, will they also include anti-immigrant haters as well in the bill?
Just this week, Governor Brewer vetoed a bill that would allow for business owners to legally refuse service or sell products and to discriminate against Gay and Lesbian citizens in Arizona. Kudos on that one, Brewer!

FBI Investigates Kidnapping Of Texas Teen By Two Armed Men In Starr County

The FBI and the Starr County Sheriff's Office are investigating the armed kidnapping of a 14-year-old boy in the community of La Casita in Texas.

La Casita, Texas - On Thursday, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has launched an investigation into Wednesday's armed kidnapping of Brandon Medina, 14, of La Casita. On Wednesday, Medina was kidnapped by two gunmen before 5:00 p.m. from his home, according to the Starr County Sheriff's Office report. The two suspects entered Medina's home and then forced him into an old model Dodge green truck and fled from the scene in less than a minute.
It is suspected that the gunmen might have illegally taken Medina into Mexico. No ransom or demands have been made yet.
Authorities later found the truck near the Rio Grande River bank. The truck was traced back to the owner who reported the truck stolen from Houston.
