Somebody tell Comrade de Blasio The Rich can move elsewhere

One of the thing progressives like Bill de Blasio never understands is that the people he wants to extract the most money from are the most mobile people in the state.  They don’t have to put up with paying more taxes for his pie-in-the-sky universal pre K schemes. 

And after those 54,000 rich families set their sights on “no income tax” states like Florida or Texas, then middle class New Yorkers will feel a strange sensation when the 6’5’ mayor reaches down into their wallets to make up the difference for a shrinking tax base he’d help drive out the city.
