Alleged: Female Philadelphia Cop Squeezed a 16 Yr old Honor Student’s Testicles So Hard it Ruptured

This story if true is very hard to believe.  But, given that the so called victim, Darrin Manning, is an honor student and the details of the treatment by the police officer so violent, something doesn’t add up.

A straight-A Philly student was severely injured when a female police officer pulled, twisted and ruptured his testicles.
