Texas teacher accused of ordering Kindergarten students to hit another student

I don’t know who to believe here.  But one thing that’s getting lost here and that’s the behavior of the original bullying student.  Bad parenting produces bullies but it’s much easier to focus the blame on one teacher instead of a societal problem.
