Las Vegas, Nevada - On Monday, Cesar Villagrana, 37, a member of the Hells Angels pleaded guilty in a Washoe County Court to one count of battery with a deadly weapon and one count of challenge to a fight with a deadly weapon for the September 2011 shooting in a Sparks Casino. Villagrana allegedly shot Diego Garcia, 29, a Vago Club member in the leg and another Vago member, Leonard Ramirez, 46, was also shot in the abdomen. Villagrana is facing up to 15 years in prison when he is sentence.
In the same shooting, Ernesto Manuel Gonzalez, 54, of San Francisco, also a Vago Club member allegedly shot and killed Jeffrey "Jethro" Pettigrew, 51, the Hells Angels San Jose Club President inside the John Ascuaga's Nugget Casino. Jury selection for Gonzalez's homicide trial began on Monday.
Both Villagrana and Gonzalez were caught by hotel video surveillance cameras committing their crimes, according to the criminal complaints.
